I was wondering

A male sibling is called brother, a female sibling is called sister, so what do we call a sibling who is not female or male? and a parent, what do we call a parent who is neither of the two genders

I call them by the equipment the Good Lord gave them at birth.

But there are some people born with no equipment, something genetic, something in birth or pregnancy, maybe they have unclear equipment, and some feel that the notion of male and female doesn't suit them
