Having FFS and a trachea shave done in May

Having FFS and a trachea shave done in May, had the consultant on Friday dressed as Danielle with my wife for support. I have always wanted a feminine face for when I am dressed as Danielle. The trachea shave being done, it becomes a hassle when I put make up there when I am transforming into her layering it all up to cover it up there. Luckily the surgeon was glad I came in dressed as Danielle. Was straight forward with me on everything and loved what the results will look like. My wife saw it too and was amazed. Was so good to me and is glad I do not smoke. This is one thing he asked and told him no. I knew smoking and surgery like this do not go together, a risk. Said will do it and set everything up. The date is May 4th and wife will be there for support and to get me home. She is going to see me much happier looking in the mirror
