You can always generally tell a man from a woman regardless of how they look or dress. Just look at their necks. Women's necks are longer and their hips are wider than men's.

@Diotrephes on average, yes. But there is no cutoff point for neck length and hip width where everyone above is female and everyone below is male, so that's not a reliable method to identify an individual.
