Is it OK to claim to be bisexual when you have never had a proper girl friend?

I am male. I claim to be bisexual as I have had sex with men and women. But I have never really been on a proper date with a woman. I have only had boyfriends in my past.
Is it normal to be nervous about having a woman ask me out on a date.

Sexuality is determined on the inside, not by what one says or does. If you are sexualy attracted to both men and women, you are bisexual.
