@Mesthartiya I know sex and gender are different things, in fact I made that point in another reply here.

We usually determine a person's sex by a cursory examination of their genetalia but that doesn't always align with their chomosomal (X, Y) sex wich also doesn't necessarily align with their genetic (SRY gene) sex. On top of that, there are also conditions such as Androgen Insensitity Syndrome which causes the person to develop as female despite having the SRY gene on the Y (or even the X) chromosome.

The only reason it's an issue now is that MAGA is just looking for any reason to make life hell for anyone who is not white, straight, and Christian.

@Mesthartiya u do realize they are regularly beat and sometimes killed in rural areas.,? To me that's horrible and it is a problem that needs stopped.

@Mesthartiya I agree. In a truly egalitarian society, one's sex, gender, skin colour, religion etc. etc. would be totally irrelevant. Unfortunately we don't have an egalitarian society and certain people are Hell bent on keeping it that way.
