Ooh, la ... le?

Just wondering ... As the French language assigns genders to everything and uses pronouns such as 'le' & 'la' depending whether they're male or female; do they have special pronouns for 'trans' people or is he/she/it just lumped in with les masculins?

No. Transpeople being humans, it's exactly the same as English, which uses she and he for people.
In French we say une femme trans, un homme trans, une personne trans.

Those can be translated into English, word for word. They are not pronouns.
@ffony Yep, for pronouns, see the first sentence. People did come up with 'iel' = il + elle, but it's not really for trans people, it can be used for so-called non binary people. In everyday parlance it's not used.

@EarthlingWise I'm not sure what you mean by 'see the first sentence' - I'm not seeing anything relevant - but no matter.

Thanks for telling me about 'lel.'
