@Jake966 transgender means identifying as the gender not assigned at birth. She was born a male but identifies as the female gender. She is saying that she identifies as a female. Which has nothing to do with what you are saying.

@Jake966 Something like that, but a little more entailed. Genetically modified dude that is no longer male, and mutating into a female body; clothes and a bit of good makeup fill in the rest. I do or can pee standing, and facing downwind. Too timid to try it facing into the wind, it could go bad.
