Can I present as male, but identify as female?

Have full beard, bald headed, dressing in typically male clothing, but be referred to and identify as female.

People can identify however they want. Some will buy it, some won't.
I mean just think, Donald Trump thinks he is God, which is WAY more far fetched than anything gender related so have at it.
