Thanks To A....

..recent conversation with a lovely friend on here I've been reminded that I have had just 4 relationships in my young life, with 3 of them being with gay men. 3 failed relationships at that.

...and I was to thinking 'why?'; 'What was the issue?'

Controversial or what, these are my thoughts. They all had one thing in common; they all loved - or thrived - on the drama. Somebody said something in a certain tone of voice and, boy, would I hear about it for ages after -- the various ramifications/permutations of what would happen afterwards....BORING!!!!

They'd either be confrontational over something or get themselves into such a position that they are in a drama. I can't believe that they were so naïve to keep getting into it again and again and again..

I am not about the drama myself.

Maybe it was the guys that I attracted...or that I was attracted to....maybe there's more than that with most gay guys, I don't know, but that's my findings.

Meanwhile, Matt is the first non-gay guy that I've ever dated, and that's good for a trans gurl.

He's not about the drama, leads a very simple life, likes the things he likes, open to doing things that are supportive to me (and I to him) and enjoy each other's company.

I wonder what other people think?

😘
