I Am In Support of Transgender and Genderqueer People

I tend to wear a rainbow lanyard everyday to work 🌈. I support the LGBTQ+ and stay open minded and welcoming to the people I talk to. It's pride month now, and my work have got temporary pride uniform out. It's optional for staff, and colleagues are buying them. But I'm not...it's all inclusive and looks good because LGBTQ staff are working there, because we are present. But their advertising, and approaches on equality do not exist. Do we all have the same advancements?, and are we really treated equal? In such a large company, that never seems to be the case. It looks good on paper, it looks good for them personally...I will truly support the LGBTQ+...Not for advertising or profit...because at the end of the day, what they say, and what they intend to do.....is all just advertising.. their companies name on the back of the top x
