Why is Switzerland so behind on all of the lgbtq stuff???

I was reading and article in the news today and it was about how a magazine published a transphobic crossword. At the end of the news article you can vote on if the issue is important or not. 8% voted that it was an important issue. The rest said it wasn’t. That wasn’t my biggest problem. In the comments section (I was reading an online news paper) a bunch of people were writing things like: “Why do people like this even get any attention” (they were talking about transgender people) “why is there an article about this” and “come find me when there’s actual news”.
If they didn’t want to read it they didn’t have to. And some of the comments (I didn’t type some of them because they were really mean) were completely unnecessary.
