Personal issue

I have been talking to this person for a year. And I have gotten to know him. I have developed feelings for him. I am scared to tell him because he does not seem to want to be in a relationship with anyone at the moment. His ex just moved out 2 months ago they broke up about 7 months ago. But the ex and him where locked in with a rental agreement.


I really love him but am scared to tell him. I don't know what to do. And it confuses me.
