For me, since I was 5 I longed to be a girl. I told my parents when I turned 8 and they started to help me transition.

Told my dad I was bi when I was 21 because he didn’t understand how someone could be attracted to men and women at the same time. “I am dad.” He was like. “Oh, cool.” 😁
