Do you think it’s okay for children to be exposed to things like this at pride parades?

I think a child has a much greater chance of catching a communicable disease off a Walmart shopping cart, than she could conceivably receive from anyone she played with in a Pride Parade. [/c]

@swirlie I'd like to mention the church as well. They had all those priests screwing kids. Instead of investigating, they send some of them to Alaska (true story.)

It's funny some of the more open families, the kids grow up fine.

The more conservative and you end up repressed and angry.

Very well stated! Perhaps you can impress upon our born-again friend 'Wales' below, that the height of human perversion takes place in Catholic Churches across the world involving homosexual priests and minors, not in someone's choice to declare themselves "homosexual".[/c]

@swirlie My point was mainly to state that appearances don't mean anything and can be deceiving. It isn't a prediction or indicator of abuse particularly where pride parades are concerned. The Catholic Church is largely conservative yet has the biggest scandals. At least kids who grow up going to pride parades with their LGBT parents (or straight supporter ones) are probably some of the happiest because they will have an honest family over a dishonest one.

I agree 100% with what you're saying here.[/c]
