ZERO relevance.....other than the fact that lacking all sense of decorum and public morals they are an affront o children who happen to witness the side show.

@DonHobag Every parade is EXACTLY like that. I've been unfortunate enough to be in Philly when one was going on. New Orleans........same everywhere. If it's not shock and show.........apparently there is no point.
