Why are people so sensitive now?

It seems that you can't say anything without upsetting someone. No I am not conservative although if things keep going the way they are I may be pushed that way. Just by standing still.

@DDonde How about participation awards. Instead of awards for winning competitions. Same thing just less having to prove you are good at anything.

Perfect point. Although I am sure there are some that felt entitled. From then on they feel like all they have to do is show up. I see this in many job interviewees over the past few years.
