How to tell my friend im bi?

The only thing you can Is just come out with it and tell him no point heating around the bush so to speak.

@JamesConnors I guess it's not and I've never been in a situation like that. But sounds like you're causing yourself anxiety building up to it. So the sooner you get this off the chest the better for you.
