have you guys noticed LGBT appearing in alot of shows if so what are your thoughts ?

Don't like it. If it is just part of the show because it is just part of the plot that a character or characters are LGBT then that is ok. But when it is obviously stuck in there having nothing to do with the plot and is there to prove that writers and producers are not discriminating then it is art to illustrate a point rather than art for arts sake. In short if you are just doing it to make a social point you can take your social justice elsewhere.

@Johnson212 thing is you randomly meet people in real life who are LGBT etc. So why shouldn't there be random characters in TV shows and films who just happen to be gay or whatever, extraneous to their character's plot or the storyline?

@Nomoretomorrow Random characters are OK but it has become like a check box that has to be ticked. If you don't have a gay character in your sitcom or movie you better go find one.
