@Firespirit Pretty much. If four black men walked into that gentleman's cake shop wanting a cake, he is compelled by law not to turn them away simply for being another race.

@Graylight yes but The issue is not the race We are talking about a business owner refusing service based on religious grounds. As far as I am aware no where in Christianity does it say don't serve blacks. plus Im sure he would bake acake for the homosexuals birthday like a normal cake. its just the event he disagrees with.

@Firespirit And that may be his right and it may not. In 1958 (originally 1868) all Americans were granted the civil right of marriage. Either way, this case was turned back to lower courts on technicalities, not the merits of free speech versus discrimination. That will have to be decided by Colorado.
