him, her, them, they, it???

[c=#7700B2]im all for supporting people being who they feel they are but these pronouns are getting kind of ridiculous. Be yourself but I don't think people should get offended when others don't call them by the pronoun they want for example Them or they when only referring to one person.
And I do hate how it is just expected that everyone has to go along with that or know about it and if you don't you are discriminating against them.. just a thought I have been having for a while now[/c]

I agree with you . I'm old I remember he and she. I have no problem with other terms or other identification but I mean no disrespect by saying he, she, him or her.if someone is in a dress I may say she is pretty not knowing she's a crossdresser ,transgender or whatever they call themselves. Bottom line is be yourself but others can't read your minds so we may call you by the wrong name.
