What do you think about banning conversion therapy?

Conversion Therapy is an attempt to make gay people straight. It doesn't work and it is harmful for people who are forced into it. However why can't delusional people pay for a service if they think it helps them?

Conversion therapy is pseudoscience, dangerous and often forced. It's abusive and should be banned. We no longer randomly trephinate people, we shouldn't allow conversion therapy.
