To those of you who are opposed to gay marriage: why?
Is it because your religion says so? Is it because you believe gays don't deserve the same civil rights as everyone else?

@Xena1234 Ma'am, with all due respect (bcoz I do respect our elderly), I'm 30 years old with a government job under the DoD. I do not play video games ((well not on Fridays lol)). The only reason I'm online is because I'm on duty.
Who said anything about Jesus??? I said God. You haven't the slightest idea of my beliefs. If "God" in various religions said lying with the likeliness of one's self is an [abomination] than I don't think it's right to walk into His temple and form a union in His name. @HaHLoBravado I am not elderly, and your insult is merely an attempt to try to make yourself look superior. I am pleased that you have a government job. I am a retired Military Veteran, and worked for the government also. And, if you want to go by the Old Testament, then you have to believe in all of it and follow all of it including over 100 laws written by Moses. Do you?
