why is it, when i wear a bra, and noone can see it, do women flirt with me more?

it's just that people do NOT care. Everyone's so self absorbed that they can't care. I hate it when I'm on the receiving end. Sometimes I dress up very well when I go out but people hardly notice that. I get a compliment if I am lucky
