How can I comfort my wife ?

Me and my wife went to see IT she was freaked out she just wanted to see it because of Tim Curry she loves Rocky Horror but she's scared of clowns this made her even more scared. She's also terrified of the dark. Shes not sure she'll be able to sleep now. We got a night light and the hallway lights on for a good reason. The lights been on way before we watched IT. This was her first scary movie she saw in theaters. She wanted to see it. Shes kind of upset she doesn't want to see the second one. Theres gonna be another at the end of it it said chapter one. If there's gonna be a 2 she's not seeing it. How can I comfort her ?
