There are two sexes, many genders. Sex is not gender. Sex is below the waist,(our reproductive organs at birth) gender is above the waist. And our sex can be legally changed. A transman will BE a Man. A trans MTF woman- will BE a woman. There is no need for "post op" or MTF or FTM-- as they are now, legally the opposite sex.
