How can you fight back when it's the US military gang-stalking you?

I am a victim of gang-stalking by US military pilots. It began few years ago with Sheriff's department helicopters harassing and stalking me. They would circle my house for hours trying to peak inside my windows then follow me on long road trips, even out of state. They hacked my phone with "stingray" and were stalking me using my phone signals, which I wasn't aware of at the time. I finally got fed up and started filing complaints. After multiple complaints, they finally stopped. But that's when US military picked up where they left off and started following and stalking me. They would circle my home all day and follow me everywhere I go. This has happened every single day for months. I did not know who they were at first because these cowards were using unmarked civilian jets with their transponders switched off. But after some detective work, I discovered they were military commissioned jets and military pilots. This was pretty much confirmed when I filed complaints with the US military and these jets magically disappeared while they were under investigation. But they returned several weeks later after the investigation was closed. I'm sure they found no wrongdoings even though they are blatantly in violation of the "Posse Comitatus Act" and felony stalking.

So now, they're back to stalking and harassing me. So what chance do I have against these crazy psychopaths who are using $100M jets with sophisticated surveillance cameras following me everywhere I go? I mean the daily stalking is awful and doing a lot of irreparable damage to my psyche but what also irks me is that these criminals are also wasting millions of tax dollars to fund their stalking as these jets cost $10,000/hr to fly. How do I fight back????
