Why did people fall into a romance scam?

They didn't want to speak to people in front of them but they prefer to speak to the online scammers.

If you love to hear hyperbolise words you may fall into the scam.

There’s a void that the other person is filling. And then it can become too much that disgusting people take advantage of that. It’s heartbreaking I’m sure.
