Why did people fall into a romance scam?

They didn't want to speak to people in front of them but they prefer to speak to the online scammers.

If you love to hear hyperbolise words you may fall into the scam.

Some people are very lonely.
Sometimes thier judgment is not good.
The elderly sometimes trust people more than those who grew up with social media.
Always the creeps fault for targeting and scamming these people.
