How do you deal with disrespect?

@SW-User Yeah but as you get older that uh... You start recognizing the consequences. Becomes a little harder to balance it all out when your own happiness is at stake.

Kinda makes me wonder if folks who hyper focus on a singular persona have it right from the getgo. Doesn't seem like it but as the days pass I find myself diving deeper into that hole.
