Felt kinda creeped out tonight

So this guy, I think he's a friend of my step sister. But he kept saying things like he loves me, and asking if I wanna come make love to him and saying things "like she's hot", and when i went inside he kept saying "I love you" over and over again. He's drunk but like wtf.
I meet him yesterday. Only other time id have met him would be when i stopped to pick my baby step bro up and he was over at the place.
