False copyright claims killing video and photo sharing sites

Just had one against my Flickr account and the email appears legit but when I tried to access the 'account' that the copyright claim notification came from it doesn't exist. It could be spam.

The Tom Evans Audio false copyright claim against Mend-it-Mark is a really good example of what's going on.
