What is with the legal age concept?
So one day before the legal age it is a crime and one day after legal age it is ok? Wtf

The reason the age limit for things is 18-21 is because your frontal cortex isnt fully developed until around that time. Your ability of reasoning and rationality.
The fact that its on paper and enforced makes everything to the letter like speed limits and prices too.
Does it really matter? No. But because its a law there are penalties.
I personally think within 5 years is a reasonable age gap but if your older and specifically looking for teenagers thats obviously a problem because your intentions are assumed to be specific and thier have been dangerous issues regarding that hence the law.
