Does ICE operate much in Seattle?

We're looking at vacationing there in the summer. My wife's a naturalized Canadian Latina with a thickish accent but I was born here. My family is expecting her to be hauled off and the journalist in the family is saying ICE is a law unto themselves 🤷🏻‍♂
