They never had the power to begin with. Only Supreme Court judges had power in the matter and these lower tier judges were all acting beyond their legal authority.
Which was also Hilarious to see coming from the left as they complained and marched and protested. “Elon was not voted in!” I mean despite him running on the campaign trail with Trump. And everyone voting for Trump knowing they were voting for a department of government efficiency. Per the promises made upon said campaign trail.
But then they go and with their same double standards attempt to use judges which were never voted in. To somehow in the illogical fallacy based wheels turning in their mind. Pretend that small time court judges somehow have any say in what is passed and not passed and mandated for a country beyond a presidents power.
When In reality they are only meant to know the state law, and the federal law. Abide by it. And handle the public cases of the people. They do not have more power than the president. And they can not overwrite mandates that he passes as executive orders
The Supreme Court however can review an executive order etc. And determine that if it goes against the constitution, it can then be overturned.
These small time judges need to be barred and stripped from their rights to ever practice law again. As they blatantly, and publicly committed crimes against the country and our constitution by doing so. Again, a treasonous offense. They had no right to weigh in on the matter from any legal standpoint other than out of an opinion they might have. But having signed things, and made demands of a sitting president. They should be tried and hanged for their crimes.
