I'm out on bail & I just found out I have a new warrant 🤦

I don't even know what it's for. I found a "failure to appear" notice in my online documents but I didn't even have any court date for that day 🤷 my court date is 5 days from now.

I'm confused asf & I've already been feeling stressed more & more as it is. I wanna pull my fucking hair out

Well, I am no attorney but here is my speculation -

Maybe it is the same FTA that you are dealing with right now? I mean was that FTA anywhere close to the one you do know about?

Plus since you have talked to the court or prosecutor already, why didn't they bring it up?

I assume you already know about this but - does your state have an online list of court cases and records? Something like "mycase" then state name?

Maybe you were looking through that and it was a different person with your name?

Well the point is - don't jump to conclusions just yet.

@GlitterEater an attorney. I'm calling her in the morning. I already called my bail bond place to see if it interferes with anything on their end & they said it wasn't for the case I'm currently facing at least but they'll try to help me figure it out
