Yesterday gypsy rose Blanchard was released from prison

Sadly she should have never been imprisoned in the first place

Now do a retrial on her autistic boyfriend since you didn't feel it was necessary to bring his intellectual disability up in court which would thus render him to be vulnerable to manipulation and unable to differentiate properly

For anyone who may not know Gypsy Rose blanchett was the victim of her mother who had munchenhausen by proxy now known as factitious disorder.

People who have this rare disorder lie compulsively and excessively without reason. People often lie for sympathy they may lie about being sick or ill in order to receive sympathy however this particular instance was munchenhausen by proxy. Meaning the abuse was not self-inflicted Gypsy Rose's mother Deedee Blanche was abusing her by not giving her proper medical care

She was lying about gypsy Rose having physical and mental ailments that she did not have her mother went as far as having a feeding tube inserted in gypsy rose. Gypsy Rose was confined to a wheelchair because she believed that she was unable to walk. Through all of this lying Didi Blanche inherited a house through the community due to pity over gypsys supposed illness

Obviously when gypsy found out the truth and that she was not terminally ill and that she could walk she was upset and had an online relationship with a boy that she had meet her in her state to which they plotted to kill her mother. Gypsy did not actually kill her mother but she planned the entire thing. Her boyfriend actually ended up killing her mother and her boyfriend was autistic which is why I say it was hard for him to distinguish right from wrong because he was manipulated. If gypsy Rose can get out why does he deserve a lifetime sentence?

They are actually about to put him on retrial as well

Yes murder is a terrible thing but in the instance of domestic violence when an victim kills and abuser they are not at fault. This is basically the same thing.

The best Justice for Gypsy Rose was the death of her demented mother. And the most fair thing to do would be to put the boyfriend on retrial if they allowed gypsy to get out. It's completely unfair

She said she never felt more free when she went to prison

My buddy's ex has the Munchausen by proxy. Evil. Sick woman

Their kids are a little fucked up but the boy is doing better since he was emancipated from her. She has spent over $2 million trying to get her son (who hates her) declared incompetent (he's on the spectrum).

Still since she has money lawyers and shrinks are more than willing to entertain her schemes. Rotten situation and she does it to the one guy who's mild mannered enough not to fill her full of lead

@Slade i knew about this case because one of my closest friend's mother also has this. She also tried to claim her daughter was incompetent so that she could take her oldest daughter away from her and has done so successfully. she is so fucked up from her mom

and the same issue my friend has. the lawyers entertain her mother because she has new york money. It is very sad and disturbing that these sickos walk amongst us and seem normal.

Usually someone with some sort of mental illness you can spot symptoms, or their behavior is unusual. No, these people really seem normal which is the most disturbing part. So, it's easy to believe their facade. I hope your buddy's ex kids can come to peace with what happened to them. Nobody deserves that.

@DeluxedEdition I've never met his daughter who has reached 18 but her mother is holding a lucrative trust fund over her head so she has to stick around.

The son was finally declared competent but she still has them in court almost weekly with petty shit. Judges in their small town will also indulge her since the doctors and lawyers are their buddies
what a sad case. i cant even imagine that kind of sickness that would make a parent do that to their own child. beyond comprehension.

The whole case is a tragedy. I don't feel to be in a position to judge.

Spot on. I've worked with judges when I worked in IT at the county juvenile justice center ("juvie"). When they remove that justice robe they're just human beings like you and I, and they make mistakes often. It's just an image. Btw, those kids are really messed up and craving love and attention they didn't get from their parents, need help big time. It's pretty sad.

@PatKirby it is very sad and heartbreaking. I was just telling my friend the other day unfortunately everyone isn't always dealt the same set of cards. Life isn't always rainbows and flowers. Some situations are doomed from the start. I don't know why it has to be like that.

Very true. I believe the best you can do is make the best of the cards you've been dealt with, take care of your family, friends, and yourself. You cannot solve the problems of the whole world. Yes life can be very unfair, and I found that out early as a child. But there comes a time to choose good things for you, yours, and others near you. Staying positive has its own boosting quality.

That's why this time of year, and especially going into the new year, is the perfect time to count our blessings and pass along the good vibes. Even though most of us will drop the gym and those pesky resolutions like a hot 🥔 hahaha 😂.

Have a happy new year Deluxed!

Her mother got what she deserved
DeluxedEdition · 26-30, F
@Tobasco what do you expect someone being abused to that extent to do??? She did get what she deserved. Sick bitvh

@DeluxedEdition she couldn't go to the authorities for help, they would have sent her right back to her mother. I don't think she had a choice.
