Prison...going straight

I have admitted and want to come clean, in the past I've been to prison but really want to go straight and avoid going back.

The trouble is the people I was involved with are always asking me to do one more job. This is the last one they tell me and then they will leave me alone.

Well you can bet that once you give in to that once you end up doing more...then getting caught.

I've been out for at least 5 months now and don't want to go back.

But they are asking me again to help them out and claim that I owe it to them.

I am 52 and have spent TEN whole years of my life in prison. I don't want to spend any more of it.

I can't believe this has to be said. Stop interacting with those people. Cut them off. Tell them to go fuck themselves. You've done enough for them.

@Punches I'm imagining the same. I second Picklebob, find a support system and vanish without previous announcement. Give it to yourself, love yourself enough to find the energy and do this. Once relocated, life will flow much easily. @Wol62

@Queendragonfly Queen, when we are talking real life, there IS NOT "block button" or just ghosting.

@Wol62 Someone else on here who was and maybe still kind of is connected to gang life, I asked him how one "gets out" and he said basically the same - you kind of have to just "run away."

I am not saying YOU are part of a gang but but anyways

@Queendragonfly Well, there are certain things that Shadow is probably more informed about than I am so I am not going to tell him how it works. Maybe he could give Wol some pointers on how to safely "Escape".
