Depends on the circumstances.
There are official places or events. There is a naked bike ride in London annually.
Nobody minds on a beach or in a garden.
My back garden is very private, not overlooked by neighbours.
If I want to sunbathe naked, I do.

@emmasfriend The law in the UK is comparatively liberal. You can essentially do what you like so long as you do not intentionally cause offence. So discreet sunbathing on a beach usually works out fine.
