Like if you walking your dog or grocery shopping. Your typical day, just topless.

I know a few that would be happy to know they could even though they never would. There biggest issue is they don't even have the right to make the choice as equals to men who can.

@ViciDraco That's a good point. The availability of the choice to do so without legal repercussions is better than the act itself.
