I Hate Seeing Shootings Happen At Schools

Donald Trump broke off from an event at the White House and called it “ a very sad day”. He condemned “an absolutely horrific attack” and said his administration was “determined to do everything in our power” to prevent such incidents.

My question: Do you suppose he has no power? What’s he done since the Florida school shootings?

This is all freakin bullshit.

Why can't he put a police officer at every school
SimplyTracie · 26-30, F
@coary987 They did have an officer at the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Broward County, Florida.

That didn't help.

@SimplyTracie so sad.

@SimplyTracie There was a police officer at this incident too. He was shot too.

Yeah, he was a coward. They needed more than one, and those that were ready to act rather than hide.
SimplyTracie · 26-30, F
@room101 Yes, that officer was a brave soul. The other one in Parkland not so much.

@SimplyTracie I don't know what the police officer in Santa Fe did or didn't do.....so no idea if he acted bravely or not. He was wounded so one hopes that a) he recovers b) he was trying to save lives.

Most good guys with guns do the right thing. The one in Parkland was not strong enough to do the right thing.
SimplyTracie · 26-30, F
@carsonfry I have no issues with good guys doing the right thing. Keeping the school children safe is what is on my mind at the moment.

@room101 I don't know either but I said he was a brave person because it appears that he didn't just wait outside doing nothing.
