Well I watched a video of what the community did to a bus rider that was in another country. The people were fed up with bus drivers getting robbed, they were barely making a living due to it happening so often. Some of them pulled the robber down and lit him on fire with fuel. Then they went to get the mother and forced her to watch him die. They were trying to teach parents to raise their children to have a conscience and some morals. And it was not a quick death either, that guy suffered as did the mother.

@cherokeepatti Horrible, but when the police and the courts refuse to protect people, they are forced to take matters into their own hands. I feel this will be happening more and more. Decent people are fed up.

@AbbeyRhode I talked to someone from Guatemala and he said almost all those mountain villages self-policed. Because even if you called the police when something happened it would take too long for them to get there. They protect everyone, from the youngest to the oldest in those villages. And the men take turns going on patrol at night making sure that only people who live in the villages can enter. I believe the country where the bus robber got burned was El Salvador, it was horrible there before this last president was elected.
