Creepsters are wandering the hallways of our apartment building around 2 a.m.

One of my neighbors on the same floor where I live, heard a noise at 2 a.m., got out of bed, and saw the handle of her front door being jiggled and tried. She is going to buy a Ring doorstop, (which I've never heard of before), and has reported the incident to the management office.

None of the people I've spoken to about has any confidence that the office will do any thing to follow up, or even view the security tapes.

The more people that can get a video cam installed the better. Seems like it’s getting worse everywhere. People on the prowl to take anything that they can these days from homes, vehicles, businesses, vehicles, mailboxes & front porch package areas.

Is your apartment building for Seniors or is it for the general population? If it’s for Seniors seems like the management would be worried about lawsuits if they don’t take precautions to protect the tenants and cooperate in the apprehension of criminals if there is an act of violence later.

@cherokeepatti You are right. It IS getting worse. I am not too worried, because there is a security camera pointed almost directly at my door. AFTER I am murdered in my bed, I can rest assured that the murderer will probably be identified...🤣🤣🤣
