It's nice to see the MAGA crowd eating their own and posturing about morality, but it's not exactly surprising that the Republican Congress critters are still following Trump's latest instructions.

Honestly, I can't blame Republicans for blocking this one after supporting and enabling Trump all this time and approving of taking an axe to morality and ethics.

Trump's control over the angry malevolent MAGA mob may not be perfect, but he's still got a better chance of wielding it than anyone else.

@jackjjackson I dont really see the propensity for violence there, although I'm sure Fox maybe showing footage from Watts riots or Harlem and connecting the dots.

Certainly nothing like Hang Mike Pence stuff, though.
