Snopes is not only inaccurate (aka lies to those who can see through their verbal manipulations) on their “fact checks,” they are also disgusting based on their response here. Anyone, or any entity that defends and supports pedophiles (NOT the euphemism they use to make it seem more normalized ... MAPS) deserves our scorn and disgust! These people are wicked to the core.
They're looking to "normalize" this appalling criminal behavior. A radio program 20 years ago exposed all this, playing the NAMBLA voicemail greeting on the air, which said, "Be strong! Be proud!"

First off, the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM 5) makes the claim that hebephilia is not a mental disorder. It does not make make the claim it's normal. I'll wager that the number of adults with this attraction falls outside of 2 standard deviations of the population and that this attraction is [i][b] abnormal [/b][/i]. Not to mention illegal. Sounds like you're justifying a loophole for some sort of legal defense. Biologically justified? Horse shit!
The age range for ephebophilia crosses the age of consent and is less disgusting.
