There were 632 mass shootings in the USA 2023, There was 1 in UK.

1. A wait period and background check before every gun purchase.
2. Guns sold at police stations only.
3. Age 21, like the drinking age.
4. A physical exam
5. Abolish assault weapons.

That's a great idea!!! All of the slave patrollers and security personnel will no longer have guns! If you were a Senator you could introduce that bill. It would be sure to pass.

@Entwistle That is the most sure way to end our nation.
We do that and not only will criminals still have weapons but the government will be in full control of the population.
This nation will die. Then the world will descend into hell.
Communism, socialism and dictatorships will rule.
We are the last, there is no Other America to come bail us out or give us relief.
When we wrote the Constitution to form a country the second thing they wrote was,
The people better have guns and we better make sure no one can take them away.
It seems the wolves, us, my generation are dying off.
The sheep will be praying for someone with a gun to come save them.

@Iamnaked We don't have guns here in the UK and there's virtually no gun crime.
Nobody has ever been shot by someone who has not got a gun.

@Entwistle Ban guns, yes that is what many nations have done and they have less murders than USA. It is an easy fix. But the USA is a young country compared to Europe and they haven't figured that out yet.

@Entwistle I don’t know where here is for you or the percentage
of bad guys here that have or use guns. I think using a gun during commission of a crime is more common with the drug addicts as opposed to the bulk of the criminals in the USA that are cheats, hustlers and embezzlers that walk among us.
