1. A wait period and background check before every gun purchase.
2. Guns sold at police stations only.
3. Age 21, like the drinking age.
4. A physical exam
5. Abolish assault weapons.

The penalty for murder should be more harsh that would slow it down when found guilty don’t use tax dollars to feed them 40 years just find a tall tree and a short rope

@Strict4u Punishment does not work for criminals, children, employees, or anyone. Problems are not solved by punishing people, like in russia, N Korea, China, Saudi Arabia, or Nazi Germany, etc. We don't want a fascist authoritarian hell do we? NO! Problems are solved by finding solutions together! What causes people to be mentally ill, to want to own guns, to use drugs, to give up and live on the street?

1. We need to have treatments and good living situations for the mentally ill, drug addicts, homeless, and people who are so
mad that they hate people so much they want to kill people.

2. Many parents don't know how to raise happy successful kids. Instead they yell, hit, lock them up, and punish instead of reward them for good behaviors, role model positive communication, and spend fun times together. We need parenting classes for parents that have no idea how to raise happy kids.

3. We need to give police power to arrest homeless and give them drug treatments and social workers to help drug addicts and homeless.
