I'd be happy to tell you exactly why. There's no such thing as banning ALL guns in America. It'll never, ever, ever, ever happen. And to state otherwise is childish tooth fairy believing. So yeah, grow up.

*sigh* Anybody who wants all legal law abiding citizens to surrender their firearms are a speck on the fly trap of life in our country. I have guns and at absolutely zero moments in my life have I ever considered that they'd be removed due to legislation against gun owners. Do you see what I'm saying? The USA population would never give up its guns because its impossible and ludicrous to even conjure notions about it. 393,000,000 guns in this country.

@Carazaa Please. We dont worship the constitution but we do honor and respect it and defend it. Just your mention of God would get you killed in some parts of the world. The constitution is the law and the framework for our great nation created by Christian men. It protects our freedoms. And like it or not, without the 2A all the other As are not going to last. That is just the facts of life.

@Carazaa but not illegally. There a laws in place to protect us, liberal politicians choose not to enforce them. Not one of my guns has snuck out of its vault and gone on a crime spree.

@Carazaa Maybe YOU don't know this but I recently posted enough examples of vehicles being used in large groups of people to mow them down...including children and school students.
I drive every damn day and know exactly what people are capable of with a vehicle. Guns were not intended to kill and mass murder for the every day public. What we choose to do with any given item is what makes it what it becomes.

@Carazaa Yes, 1.3 million die in the US every year, from all causes. Medical malpractice far exceeds guns when it comes to deaths. Motor vehicle accidents kill many more. Neither is it ethical for you to do a knee jerk chicken dance any time the TV tells you there was a mass shooting . They dont tell you that everyday that happens in chicago and that the dont intend to do a thing about it. But it happens. Wake up

I love children. It's why I have my own. lol
I used my brain and raised them with some common sense. I even started home schooling them so they couldn't be raised the government way.

@SW-User I actually agree with you on the homeschooling point. However, the rest of your argument is total bullshit. Cars may accidentally kill a lot of people, but the number of people intentionally killed by drivers is minuscule.

And here's the clincher: gun crime (where children are intentionally killed) is now the number one cause of death in children aged 9-14 in America; overtaking accidental death in traffic collisions. Once again, your feeble argument about vehicles being driven into crowds of people, although horrific, is nothing more than classic "whataboutery" designed, yet again, to deflect attention from the simple truth that the only way you are going to cut down on gun violence is to ban guns! (and I assure you, the number of people killed in the ensuing riots will not even be close to the number of people killed by gun violence in America this year (17,000+)).
