American gun laws ???

If in American gun laws allow all to take up arms to defend them selfs …..

How come when the crazy’s start shooting in mass shooting . You never see the citizen Produce and taking up arms against the crazy person ??
And sadly people die by the time the police get to stop them 😢

That did happen but this recent shooter was in tactical gear and shooting him had no effect.

@SW-User "Tactical gear" is not made to stop a bullet. Bullet resistant vests are made to stop most handgun ammo. Most any rifle will shoot right through a bullet resistant vest. (their is no bullet proof vest) If shooting him had no effect then he wasn't hit in the right place. Granted, it's very hard to do but can be done.

@Nitedoc The killer was wearing body armor, evidently. The security guard shot him and it had no effect, except maybe to slow him down a few steps.
