No one kills in the name of atheism.

Well... I wouldn't go that far 😅
throwing away the idea of ultimate salvation or damnation, does open a possibility towards total nihilism.
Since "Atheism" is also a political term, it can create a distinction in the poppulation between friends and enemies. You only need an excistential threat (either real or a perception of reality that is shared amongst atheists). And then everything cna happen. 😅
Humans are so bizar, that you can make pascifists fight as long as they believe the cause is right. 😅

I don't understand why you're discounting 9/11. That should be included if you want to be fair about this. I understand Muslims are blamed for far too much and I think it's completely unfair. We should be talking about radical terrorists and mentally unstable people, not attaching any religious significance to these incidents. What you're doing can be viewed as being just as bad as those that are constantly looking to blame Muslims. It sows hatred.

Could you tell which terrorist attacks were launched by atheists again? I forgot.

The parkland shooter in Florida @Ynotisay

@NoSugarCoating Uh...no. Please don't make things up. It's kind of insulting, you know? You can't point to one terrorist act carried out in the name of atheism. And you know it.

Most terrorism in the United States the last decade has been committed by white supremacists. Not surprising at all.
Frank52 · 70-79, M
That sounds like a sensible observation, so expect to be trolled.
NoSugarCoating · 26-30, F
I just hate the stereotype people give to Muslims. It’s honestly sad @Frank52

@NoSugarCoating It has been xtians vs. muslims since the 10th century crusades.

@Kwek00 The main reason why the Bolsheviks in Russia had started their campaign over 100 years ago was because they were Gypsies and Jews that were getting sick and tired of the pogroms against them under Tsar Nikolas II.
Kwek00 · 41-45, M
@NativeOregonian I don't know about that. I thought it was because Russia was doing pretty bad in the war. Most of the productivity went to a front that wasn't really moving much annyway. And because the Tsar lost popularity, diffrent groups just made a collective to remove the Tsar from Power with the help from some of the russian navy guys. But that was a revolution, it went beyond just terrorism even though the bolsjevik movement was fairly small.
But I was talking about us western-european communist terrorist cells. They were pretty active in the 80s. Made stuff go *boom* too.

@Kwek00 Bloody October was all caused by the pogroms.
