yes agree! this is established in legal precedent, i.e. case law. the freedom of speech is only meaningful if unpopular speech is protected. many people probably want big tech to stop censoring but dont know that they have defended themselves in court by claiming to be publishers. publishers can do whatever they want to. by the way, this is only the american concept of freedom. france and brazil are examples where they do not uphold this principle.
